The boat holds 40 passengers with lounge seating, a large table for games, a bar area, a dance floor & restroom. Our cruises operate rain or shine since 3/4 of the boat has a covered roof. If we cancel due to severe weather, we offer a 50% refund or 100% credit via a gift card.

The River Queen Voyages Pedal Pontoon has 10 cycle stations that can host up to 16 guests on a 90min party boat adventure. The crowd was also great and it made the time fly by. The policy is a full refund 30 days prior to cruise departure time less the non-refundable 10% booking fee (10% of the subtotal which includes the ticket and alcohol package). Cancellations within 30 days, no-shows, or late for departure are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable. The 30+ day cancellation policy applies to any change in the guest count for a reservation. If we cancel the cruise due to severe weather, we offer a 50% refund or 100% credit via a gift card. We reserve the right to delay cruise departures due to weather by up to 30 minutes.
